Limited food options, especially for picky eaters like children. Lack of maintenance in some areas, such as broken speedboats and game room equipment.

Spent xmas in Palawan and the service was great! The staff were super friendly and offered us cold towels and a welcome drink upon arrival. The location was perfect; we were picked up by van from the airport and it was only a short boat ride to the island. Our room had a nice view and the bed was comfortable. Plus, we enjoyed the pool and the beach.

Plus, there weren't many activities available, except for water sports. The beach wasn't really sandy and not that inviting.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, from the general manager to the driver. They made sure I felt welcome and taken care of throughout my entire stay. The water villa room I stayed in was simply awesome, with a Jacuzzi overlooking the sea. It was such a treat to relax in the Jacuzzi while enjoying the breathtaking views. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and the cleanliness was impeccable. The location of the hotel was on top of the island, so I was able to enjoy the peace and tranquility. Additionally, the hotel was so close to the powdery sand of the nearby beach, making it incredibly convenient to take a leisurely stroll along the shore.

A luxurious and exclusive experience was provided at this hotel. the private amenities in the rooms were exceptional, offering breathtaking sea views and a spacious living area. the service was impeccable, from the friendly staff to the delicious breakfast served each morning. the hotel's location provided a secluded and peaceful atmosphere, perfect for relaxation.

The only minor issue was the limited options for lunch and dinner. Despite having delicious food, there were not many options available.
